From Classroom to the Globe, SGCNZ Teachers Go Global 2024 is happening!

In 2024 the two week course will take place between 5th and 20th July (TBC) The course is designed as a professional development opportunity for teachers from throughout New Zealand of students from Years 1 – 13.

Home School Educators, Community Drama Tutors and private sector speech and drama teachers, may also apply.                                                                                                  

The skills learnt do not just apply to Shakespeare – they are completely transferable into any teaching situation and for all ages. Most of all, it provides professional and personal development and capability building.

This intensive course will conclude with an invited public showcase performance of scenes on the Globe stage, including a short one by the Teachers!.
